How do I set up this accessory in my fish tank?
I bought a fiber optic light skull and the directions are not very helpful. It says to attach it to the light source but how? There's suction cups and a wire where the light comes out, but where on the light source does that wire go? Can someone please explain?

I suggest you go back where you purchased the item and ask someone there to show you exactly how its done.
